Peanut Butter+Chocolate.

Once there was a lonely overripe banana and perfectly ripe avocado, and they were the only inhabitants in the land. Then there was a lady who decided it was time for their lives to end.

Okay- that's kinda a  lame story. But you know what isn't? Peanut butter. Banana. Chocolate. Avocado. Cacao Nibs. Combined all together, blended and frozen to perfection.

 Simple, delicious, nutritious. Yay!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana (serves 1)

1 sliced over ripe banana, frozen
2T peanut butter, or more if desired
1/2 avocado
2T cacao (more or less, depending on preference)
1T sweetener of choice (I used coconut sugar; not raw, but still pretty nutritious)
Sprinkle of cacao nibs

Combine the frozen banana and peanut butter in a blender. Note that other nut butters can also be used, and really it just depends on your preference. It should resemble soft serve ice cream. Mmm. Set aside.

Process avocado, cacao and sweetener in a food processor. Sprinkle in some of the cacao nibs.

Layer the two different mixtures, beginning and ending with the nut butter banana ice cream. Sprinkle with cacao nibs, and chill until ready to be eaten. Or, you could eat it right then and there. Yum.
