Green Pina Colada

If you're hungry, craving for something refreshing and healthy, and have very little time to prepare lunch like I do, meet the green pina colada. Minimum effort, minimal time needed, but maximum nutrition provided. Oh yeah.

Green Pina Colada

2 handfuls leavy greens (spinach, kale, silverbeet, etc)
1 1/2C frozen pineapple
1/4-1/3C coconut milk
1 1/2C water
Juice of half a lemon
1-2 dates, chopped

Blend everything in a blender until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
